Beetroot Pumpkin Smoothie
We have been inspired by one of our customers who topped her mash pumpkin with our Bliss Fit Granola – Cacao Crunch with Cinnamon for breakfast, we have created a few pumpkin based smoothie recipes. It’s a delicious way to eat veggies for breakfast. Pumpkin and beetroot are high in fibre, together with Bliss Fit Granola, your breakfast is jam packed with high fibre, high protein, and high healthy fats that make you feel fullness for longer!
3/4 cup (120 g) cooked pumpkin
1/4 beetroot about 45 g
1 Tbsp. grounded flax-seeds
1 Tbsp. pea protein powder
1/2 cup almond milk
1 Medjool date or 1 tsp. maple syrup (if you prefer to eat sweeter smoothie)
2 Tbsp of The Bliss Fit Granola – Turmeric Blast & Spirulina Peppermint
Blend all smoothie ingredients in a blender until smooth!
Top up The Bliss Fit Granola – Turmeric Blast & Spirulina Peppermint
Add your favourite fruit: blueberries
