Choc Mint Bark
Rani said “I love choc mint but could not find a brand that is not packed with sugar! I made my own using Bliss Fit Granola – Spirulina Peppermint Activated and Raw granola. It’s not a drill! It tastes exactly like peppermint crisp! It’s so easy to make too!
1 block 85% dark chocolate
1/2 cup Activated and Raw Bliss Fit Granola – Spirulina Peppermint Crumbled.
Lay a piece of baking paper on a baking tray
Melt the chocolate in 30-second bursts in the microwave
Stir in half of the granola
Pour the chocolate onto the baking tray
Crumble the remaining granola over the top
Transfer the baking tray to the fridge and leave to set
When set break into shards and try not to eat all at once
